Hype Media Pte. Ltd., a dynamic and growing large format printing company, is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Van Driver with a Class 3 license to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only be responsible for safe and timely transportation of goods but will also actively support the installation team by assisting in the setup of stickers, banners, posters, and signages at various installation sites.

Responsibilities:

1. Safe Transportation:Operate company-owned vans in a safe and responsible manner.
   Ensure the secure and careful handling of both workers and print materials during transit.
   
2. Installation Support:Assist the installation team in setting up stickers, banners, posters, and signages at various installation sites.
   Provide support as needed, ensuring the timely completion of installation projects.
   
3. Delivery Schedule:Execute daily delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
   Communicate effectively with the dispatch team for any updates or changes.
   
4. Vehicle Maintenance:Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on the assigned van.
   Report any mechanical issues promptly to the maintenance team.
   
5. Documentation:Maintain accurate records of deliveries, completed orders, and installation work.
   Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as delivery receipts, is completed accurately.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a van driver or in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of a clean driving record.
• Ability to assist in the installation of stickers, banners, posters, and signages.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

After-Hours Policy:The company vehicle is to be left at the company premise after work hours.

Job Description:

• At least 2 years of experience operating in an Enterprise environment and processes (L2 or L3)
• Plan, deploy, manage and monitor systems and infrastructure of Windows server, Wintel, and Linux environment (90% Windows, 10% Linux);
• Daily operational tasks of system administration (health checks, pre and post-patch checks, troubleshooting, diagnostic)
• Deploy and configure server/VM builds to support the deployment of applications;
• Experienced using vSphere, ESXi and vCenter to manage, deploy, configure and patch will be advantageous for the candidate
• Experience in IT operations, incident management and change management is preferred
• Take proactive actions to ensure that systems and infrastructure meet high levels of availability;
• Plan, manage, execute and close change requests and deployments
• Plan and perform patching following best practices (Build, test, snapshot, pilot, release, monitor, rollback)
• Perform an assessment of server environments and recommend changes to improve system performance and overall stability.
• Perform migrations / installations / upgrades of Windows operating systems and installed applications
• Maintain and operate complex Windows AD and domain controllers.
• Liaise with various vendors or personnel for troubleshooting and resolution;
• Be on standby for urgent matters, and perform hands-on troubleshooting as required.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in working with enterprise systems and environments
• Experience in patch management with dependencies planning
• Proven working experience in deploying, managing and troubleshooting Windows, File servers, domain controllers systems, and Linux
• Experience with virtualization and containerization (vSphere is preferred)
• Familiar with the process of monitoring systems and generating utilization and alerts reports
• Familiar with the process of IT change management

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure production output, downtime, defects and spoilage meet targets
• Ensure production processes adhere to specifications and quality standards
• Ensure all GMP, 5S Housekeeping, Safety, and Health standards are well-maintained
• Manage, control, and allocate manpower to support daily activities of the production operations
• Identify and implement areas for continuous improvement
• Identify training needs and cross-training of operators and technicians to develop workforce capabilities
• Liaise with supporting functions to resolve operational issues
• Implement overall cost control and cost-saving measures.
• Plan & submit Capex proposal for improvement plan within the department.
• Lead a team of preventive maintenance technicians to repair and maintain production machines.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Possess experience managing production lines with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and other quality methodology
• Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge and experience in upholding quality and EHS management systems
