Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor in Computer Science /Information Technology or relevant field.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in relevant field within Cyber Security or Information Security.
• Strong working knowledge of common cybersecurity management frameworks, such as ISO and NIST.
• Experience with IM8 is a plus.
• Hands-on understanding of the current cyber threat landscape, attack methodologies, and risk mitigation and remediation methods.
• Strong project management skills, experience in project planning, execution, tracking, and progress reporting.
• Certification in CISSP or CISM and/or related security certification is desireable.

About the Role

As a Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE), you will be the trusted technical advisor throughout a customer’s lifecycle. You are a product expert and will leverage your knowledge to ensure our Enterprise customers understand and utilize the Cloudflare platform to its fullest extent. Responsibilities

As a critical member of the customer account team you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, help expand existing business, and ensure the success of our customers:

• You will be part of a regional team and will work closely with AEs and CSMs for the regional book of business.
