We are currently assisting our client, a global technology, defence and engineering group, look for a Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the technical project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and meet all contractual requirements
• Lead and manage the project team
• Able to interpret the contract and extract all essential information with the project team for the efficient and effective management of the project to meet its objectives
• Identify all contractual system requirements and all other deliverables and responsible for managing system designs, reviews and all deliverables.
• Analyze and define all project materials and service purchases based on cost optimization and appropriate risk management
• Perform day to day coordination, risk management, liaison, control and supervision of resources including all project team members, sub-contractors, internal and external project related parties and customers to ensure that the project meets its objectives
• Provide regular project reports/updates to customers, internal departments and management
• Monitor all payment milestones to ensure timely billing in accordance to the planned scheduled

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in technical project management work experience
• Experience in New Product Introduction management is preferred
• Strong project & people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
• Able to work within tight schedules
• Self driven and good team player

• Overall responsible for technical operations of the assigned oil tankers.
• Ensure that the vessels achieve the necessary technical standards and performance.
• Manage the vessels certificates and documents to ensure they are systematically updated and stored.
• Prepare and manage vessels’ technical budget and monitor dry-dockings and other required repairs and maintenance jobs.

Requirements:

• Chief Engineer or Second Engineer (COC Class 1/Class 2)
• At least 2 years of experience as Technical Superintendent for Oil tankers.

In this role you will:

• Provide in-depth technical support to publishers and partners for on all Magnite platforms

Main Responsibilities

As an Administration & Business Support Executive, you are key in creating a welcoming experience to employees and guests alike starting from the reception. Your role centres around the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring the office runs smoothly, facility and supply wise. This role requires strong communication skills to manage and liaise with our third-party service providers (cleaning staffs) and vendors for optimal service. This role includes supporting on other administrative activities such as coordination and support of internal visitors from other LDC offices, company events and business travel documents. • Reception - Receive internal and external guests while ensuring a pleasant reception experience and area

This role provides second level (L2) technical production support in the back office (Operations Technology) division that hosts Reconciliations Application. Application reconciles core reconciliations (Nostro/Depot), Trade Validation & Control and other non-core reconciliations.

This role & responsibilities includes:

• Provide timely and efficient IT Level 2 support of the Reconciliation Application
• Opportunity to learn and troubleshoot functional domain queries in the Investment banking reconciliations processes.
• Proactively seek to minimize potential application support problems through root cause analysis and monitoring
• Understand and debug the logs and where required source code to find bugs and issues to be fixed by development teams (L3)
• Provide onsite and remote users support for multiple reconciliations instances.
• Provide off-hours support including weekend on rotation.
