What role will you play?

Based in our Singapore office you will provide support to our global client base during ANZ/APAC market hours, ensuring seamless 24-hour global coverage. You will manage and provide daily front line support to traders and customers which includes daily documentation of operational processes for end user training, managing the production knowledgebase and will be accountable for completing and managing the tactical processes and initiatives required to support and develop the futures electronic trading business.

Your technical responsibilities will include daily monitoring and testing of trading platforms, managing the integration with Middle-Office and Back-Office from electronic futures execution and providing recommendations on the improvement of the platform, cost management, resources, and IT escalation.
