What you will be doing:

• Provide on-going L1.5/ L2 maintenance support for systems/applications
• Attend to user queries; Analyze, investigate and resolve issues reported
• Support in regular server maintenance, systems monitoring, backups, patching and daily health checks

What you need to have:

• Diploma/Degree in computer science/IT with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in applications support or similar activities
• Ablility to provide standby support when required
