Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain all the employee database in the Human Resource Information System
• Support all leave and benefits administration, including monthly payroll process
• Assist in Recruitment efforts by coordinating the interview logistics, managing recruitment pipelines and job posting sites.
• Schedule and co-ordinate orientation program for new hires
• Responsible for all onboarding and offboarding checks and processes
• Administrator of Global Learning Management System, keeping track of employee’ training records
• In charge of company’s sponsored training programs and roll out mandatory training programs by the Group
• Support Government agencies and Group survey/reports
• Keep proper filing and housekeeping of all HR documents and records
• In charge of Employee Access Pass and Lockers
• Organize corporate events
• Support Travel arrangements for corporate events and ad-hoc cases when the demand arise
• Verify incoming invoices, liaise with related parties on differentiation, ensure timely submission to Finance

Requirements

• Possess a degree in HR or related field
• Prior 3-5 years experience as HR Generalist
• Strong Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate overall ideas and strategies based on insights and industry trends

- Work closely with sales to understand market to plan and manage promotions, partnerships and sponsorships

- Drive marketing campaigns/events

- Manage internal and external communication platforms to ensure consistent and clear messaging

- Work with the creative and digital to best improve the customer journey on website and social platforms

- To grow and maintain social media accounts

- Create and communicate the annual marketing calendar

- Partnerships and influencer collaborations: support in identifying strategic partnerships aligned with our branding

- Evaluate in-store customer experience and all digital platforms and customer touch points

- Be on the lookout for new inspirations/trends in line with the Brand’s direction

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years managing multiple digital accounts

- Hands-on experience in campaign and event management

- Ability to translate and transform creative ideas into tangible results

- Familiar with all things design, digital, media

- Analytical and prioritisation skills

- Exceptional creative thinking and a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns

- Excellent communication and writing skills

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms is a bonus

Pay Range

• 3,600SGD - 4,600SGD
