5. Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation and records in ERP system in accordance with company policies and procedures.
6. Process all trade related purchases/invoices/payment documentation.
7. Coordinate and participate in annual stock-take activities.
8. Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:-

1. Diploma in Logistics or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in trading or shipping industry.
3. Possess good knowledge of full set of export shipping documentation, such as letter of credit.
4. Capability to manage large amount of data, by means of Excel and ERP.
5. Possess strong communication and time management skills.
6. Knowledge or keen interest in musical instruments and/or audio products is an advantage

• Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently. (More to container line)
• Build a strong relationship with customer.
• Communicate and follow-up with customer daily on the status of their shipments or deliveries.
• Ensure customer's requirements are communicated with operations team promptly.
• Communicate and coordinate with superior and warehouse to improve department processes.
• Ensure all emails are to be respond on time.
• Coordination with internal operation team to ensure all information/date provided to them through different system for smooth operations.
• Comply with company rules and regulation.
• Do reports that required from Superior (will advise and guide)
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Able to speak and write fluent English and Mandarin
• At least 1 year experience in Logistics, Transportation Firm
• Preferably with some shipping procedures knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Able to commit on Saturday.
• Might required to work or answer calls even after work (as operation still ongoing)
• Able to work independently in a busy and fast paced environment
