• Support logistics department in the preparation of shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Delivery Order, Certificate of Origin) for Imports, Exports, Local and Malaysia collection
• Liaising with Sales / Customer Services for shipping/delivery matters
• Apply shipping insurance & fumigation whenever required
• Stock takes / cycle count / Inventory Management
• Liaising with warehouse personnel for shipments / order delivery
• Issue Purchase Requisition (PR) for Logistics Department
• Any other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• GCE'A' Level or Diploma
• Relevant working experience in a manufacturing / trading environment
• Shipping knowledge (import/export/local delivery/direct shipment/incoterm)
• Able to handle routine data entries accurately and efficiently
• Good attitude, willing to learn and a good team player
