Tasks, responsibilities, and competency:

• Manage the financial accounting and reporting function for Singapore entities.
• Manage and mentor team members from the accounting team, including but not limited to hands-on in guiding the team in resolving complex issues.
• Review and post journal entries to ensure monthly and quarterly closing goes smoothly.
• Review and prepare trial balance and financial statements.
• Review and perform monthly account reconciliation. etc

• Prepare financial data to support tax submission.

Skills and qualifications:

Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of air freight operations. This includes coordinating with respective stakeholder in each station to ensure choice of carriage and negotiate with airlines.

Responsibilities:-

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize air freight operations within the region, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and targets.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage Country Airfreight team, including training.
• Airlines Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key airlines to manage performance, negotiate contract, ad hoc shipments.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor and oversee day-to-day air freight operations, including cargo booking, quality standards.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiency.
• Risk Management & Solutions:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to air freight operations, capacity constraint.

Requirements:-
