Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Experience managing logistics for online sales and collaborating with various departments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics management, including developing operational procedures for online sales, daily deliveries, preferably handling food, edible stock, and household items.

About the role

The Senior Payroll Executive is responsible for full spectrum of payroll function including processing of salaries/ wages, pay adjustment, CPF submission, annual tax filing as well as regular headcount & reporting related to payroll, ensuring a high level of data accuracy and compliance. This is a one-year contract position.

The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Logistics department in providing seamless and customer-focused

solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

What you will be doing

• Communicate with customer, warehouse and forwarder in day to day operations

• Validating shipping documents from vendors, ensuring document completeness and accuracy adhering to SOP

• Advise vendor the mode of transports based on guidelines.

• Liaising with vendors / forwarders on shipment arrangements

• Monitoring of shipment status and to address custom clearance issues promptly.

• Reporting tasks (Extracting of reports from portal)

• Other ad hoc - Further duties to be identified in due course.

The successful candidate

• Preferably Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply chain

• Candidate with minimum 2-3 years’ experience

• He/She must equip with effective communication and collaboration skills to work with vendor, supply chain

team, marketing team and freight forwarders.

The incumbent will be part of a solution team within the Contract Logistics Department in leading continuous improvement projects for Warehouse, Labelling and Assembly, providing seamless and customer-focused data analytics and solutions to improve customer service and operation efficiency.

What you will be doing:

Leading the Solution Team for a Luxury Goods account at 11 Pioneer Turn with below responsibilities:

Project

o   Driving continuous improvement initiatives with impacts on company or customer profitability

o   Identification of areas of improvements with key stakeholders

o   Design, proposal, and implementation of solution across different departments: Warehouse, Value Added Services, Customer Service, Quality, Sustainability

o   Alignment on project priorities and communication on progress to stakeholder

The successful candidate

·       4 to 6 years’ experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Industry or Project Management

·       Degree in Logistics / Industrial Engineering or comparable field of study

·       Strong data crunching, analytical and problem-solving abilities

·       Knowledge in lean, six sigma, 5S, WMS

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, SQL

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·       Mandarin / French is a plus

You will support the Goods Flow Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient goods flow operations in the store. This includes managing stock accuracy and availability, overseeing receiving and replenishment processes, and leading the team responsible for these operations.

Your assignment

• You will lead the team and work closely with other departments to ensure the highest level of customer service standards are executed

Job Requirements:

Experience

Critical Knowledge

About the role

Reporting to the Regional Account Manager, Asia Pacific, the Regional Key Account Support Intern will be part of the Luxury Fashion vertical and will be responsible for developing key materials to support vertical growth in Asia Pacific. This 6-months full-time internship will begin in January 2025.
