You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services. Additionally, you will oversee the logistics operations, coordinating shipments, and maintaining efficient inventory levels. Responsibilities:

Supplier Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and negotiations to ensure optimal terms and conditions.

Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics process within the ASEAN region, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to streamline logistics operations.
• Monitor and resolve any transportation issues or delays.

Procurement:

• Source and evaluate potential suppliers, considering quality, cost, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
• Responsible for initiating orders with suppliers, coordinating product delivery, and managing payment request

Inventory Management:

• Implement and maintain effective inventory control measures to optimize stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory assessments, forecasting, and analysis to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Quality Control:

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Implement quality control processes and procedures to mitigate risks.
• Create product failure report with corrective action suggestion and share with management and team
• Manage and assist in product functionality testing upon receipt from supplier/manufacturer

Documentation and Compliance:

• Ensure all procurement, logistics and inventory documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Stay updated on import/export laws and regulations in ASEAN region.

Requirements:

• 2-4+ years of experience in operations management or a related field, preferably within the industry parameters of Willowmore
• Minimum Diploma/Degree Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Fluent proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa would be highly desirable
• Strong personal leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationship
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems, spot opportunities and work in support of other teams

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the organization/coordination of shipments
• Regularly place and receive orders for components and parts
• Oversee/Maintain the current stock levels of components and parts
• Generate/Submit the relevant monthly reports to key management stakeholders
• Examine/Verify invoices from the various vendors and stakeholders, and complete the invoicing process while acquiring shipping quotations

Requirements:

· Drive and deliver items (food and non-food) items (weight not exceeding 25kg and yes of course we have trolleys!) islandwide!

· Drive safely, deliver safely and maintains the van/trucks and equipment clean and tidy as if its yours!

· Ensure safe driving at all times, for you, for company and your family!

· Liaise with various parties on delivery related matters

· Maintains communication with management where necessary

Requirements:

· Class 3 or Class 4 Driving License are applicable

· Able to carry items from few kg, up to 25kg

· Able to communicate with our clients who speaks either English and/or Mandarin

· Working hours: Commence work at 6am, go home after you complete the deliveries! Mondays to Saturday.

Work beyond 44 hours a week, we will pay you overtime of course!

Experience in similar field or job scope would be an added advantage.

You may drive the 10-feet truck with high box (freezer) home*!
