Our client is a GERMAN MNC GROUP who currently seeking for HR Executive to be part of the team.
Job Responsibilties: (Key Focus Area)
- Talent Acquisition (update & maintain job details, handles onboarding orientation for new hires, support on recruitment activities)
- Employee Engagement (organizing employee events, work closely with head of departments on the event preparations, mainly social media accounts on HR related postings)
- General HR Administration (upkeep stationery replenishments, ordering of corporate gifts, support payroll adminitrations)
- Training & Development (Coordinate on training needs across departments, source for relevant courses, work closely with payroll on training grants)
Minimum requirements:
- Possesses Diploma/Degree in HRM or related fields.
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experiences.
