Key Responsibilities:
- Desk Management: Establish and autonomously manage your own desk, performing comprehensive 360 consulting.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their hiring needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and evaluate potential candidates through various sourcing channels, leveraging your own network and expertise.
- Service Delivery: Provide top-tier consultancy services, consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations in candidate placements.
- Performance: Achieve and surpass placement targets, showcasing your exceptional sourcing and consulting skills.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the MDE Global team to contribute to the firm’s overall success.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record as a Consultant with significant achievements in a similar role.
- Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to independently source high-quality candidates through extensive efforts.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independence: Ability to work independently while being a proactive and results-oriented team player.
- Motivation: High levels of motivation and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
