The HR & Admin Executive plays a vital role in supporting the organization's human resources needs and strategic goals. This position is responsible for the full spectrum of HR operations, from recruitment and talent management to employee relations and administration. The selected candidate will ensure a smooth and efficient HR function that attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining compliance with employment regulations.

Job Description:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR operations, i.e., Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Matters, Work Pass
  • Renewal, Welfare, Career Development, HR Strategic Plans etc;
  • Support development of HR strategic mid-term plans and initiatives that support business needs;
  • Manages and drive the talent acquisition process, which include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings;
  • Analysis of trends in compensation and benefits;
  • Maintains compliance with employment act and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews HR policies and practices to maintain compliance;
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law;
  • Oversee the full spectrum of employees’ lift cycles from on boarding to off boarding, including confirmation, contract renewals and re-employment;
  • Oversee all other HR administrative work including compensation & benefits administration, work injury compensation & training administration;
  • Provide relevant support as necessary and other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the full spectrum of HR and administration fields
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Info-Tech Cloud HR System experience is required
  • Positive and high initiative
  • Candidates with experience in FINTECH would be an advantage
  • Able to commence work immediately is a plus
