Select Group is looking for someone who is passionate about F&B business to join our HR team as we expand our business.
This candidate will be assisting the HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR administrative and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Perform HR-related duties at the Administrative level such as New Hire, Orientation, Employment, Labour Relations, Leave Administration
- Keep accurate records of Employee Attendance, Leave, and Welfare
- Monitor and follow up on Employees' Confirmation and Performance Evaluation / Appraisal
- Assist HR Business Partners in giving HR support to the Operations
- Assist HR Business Partners in Recruitment matters
- Handle general HR and Administration tasks
- Any other duties as may be assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resource/Business Management or other relevant courses
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Meticulous in Data Entry and System Data Management
- Good Team player
- Good written and spoken communication skills
