Your Responsibilities:
- To provide guidance for new hires through the on-boarding program to assimilate into the new work environment.
- To be an excellent communicator, in writing and speech, to be able to create and maintain strong professional relationships.
- To proactively manage recruitment channels, monitor applicant flows and suggest enhancements to attract a more targeted audience.
- To manage the full, end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing candidates, to driving offers.
- To interview and assess potential clients on their personality, culture and abilities to find an ideal fit for the role.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Graduates without prior work experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
· Excellent communication and influencing skills in creating strong professional relationships.
· Demonstrates a willingness to learn and maintain a positive mindset.
· Highly driven, prioritising a commitment to maintaining high standards.
· Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
