Directly reporting to the CEO, the HR & Office Manager is responsible for providing daily operational support to the organisation, the Executive Leadership Team and its employees to ensure the smooth running of operational functions. As part of the business enablement team, you'll build and drive key processes that help the company scale, including running regular business reviews.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities include
- Driving and managing HR initiatives such as designing and implementing overall recruitment and onboarding
- Overseeing & executing hiring practices and enforcing internal and external workplace policies
- Executive reporting weekly, monthly, quarterly board reports
- General office administration such as facilities management, managing office supplies, IT equipment, desk support, traveling arrangements, etc
- Other ad hoc tasks such as team building, managing health and safety requirements and travel arrangements
