Job Responsibilities:
- Study the job description thoroughly and gather all the necessary information about the role
- Place advertisements on various channels
- Undertake recruitment process by shortlisting candidates according to their resumes and personal interviews
- Assess the good and bad qualities of the candidates and judge them efficiently
- Establish and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with the clients
- Interacting with the people outside the client organization, but related to that respective organization
Requirement:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to provide good customer service
