Job Description:


  • Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, oversee personnel records, and handle employment contract signing
  • Tabulate and perform monthly salary and CPF submissions
  • Ensure timely submission for statutory matters like CPF, IR8A, & IR21.
  • Prepare, budget, and reconcile annual human resource costs, maintain HR accounts
  • Handle employee insurance and other benefits
  • Coordinate with human resources departments required by the group, complete personnel information reporting, statistics, news dissemination, and related tasks
  • Coordinate and compile recruitment needs from various departments based on the existing structure and business development requirements
  • Liaise with local recruitment agencies
  • Develop company policies related to manpower
  • Arrange team building activities
  • Assist superiors in evaluating employee performance
  • Assist in settling disputes between the company and employees
  • Cooperate with Group company or external audit units to carry out audit and compliance related work
  • Other tasks assigned by superiors

Requirement

  • Familiarity with Singapore's local employment laws
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Chinese and English, with Chinese proficiency being essential
  • Familiarity with computer software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong execution and interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent management, organization, and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Possession of a driving license is preferred for the procurement of office supplies
