HR Manager
- To support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives
- Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Develop recruitment strategies, Performance Appraisals
- Managing Compensation & Benefit planning/ execution
- Employee Relations exposure – Training & Development, Grievance handling & Welfare
- Oversee administrative operations of the company
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resource, Business or related.
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR Management role, with experience in start-up or SI environment is good to have
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and laws
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Proven record of setting up HR strategies, talent acquisition processes, onboarding processes, performance management process and employee engagement process.
- Experience with managing remote employees is a plus
