Job Description :
- Work pass applications matters and processing
- Coordinates all training activities, which includes course registration, training review, update training record etc.
- On boarding & repatriation of foreign workers
- Welfare, issues of foreign workers
- Leave, medical Leave, Home Leave etc
- Levy waiver applications
- Maintain proper documentation of workers records by updating system accurately and promptly
- Handles statutory claims such as NS, maternity, paternity & child-care leave in Singapore.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma /Degree in Human Resource Management & at least 3 years of related HR & Admin.
Preferable in Construction Industry.
- Good knowledge in HR practices and policies/Singapore Employment Act
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high transactional environment
- Meticulous, conscientious in handling confidential information, organized and with a Can-Do attitude
- Able to communicate with Mandarin as need to liaise with Chinese speaking staffs
- Only Singaporean/Singaporean PR are welcomed to apply.
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
