Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be overseeing and managing all training initiatives across various departments and divisions within the company and administer all WICA cases.
Responsibilities:
Training Administration
● Check Training invoices, administer Training Grants and corporate Grants.
● To track and update incoming funds and maintain proper records.
● Conduct research on new corporate assistance schemes and Training courses.
● Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management/HR Manager.
General HR Administration
● Perform WICA related administration including submission of Workmen Injury Compensation (WICA) report and liaise with insurance for settlement of claims
● Assess Work injury case and lodge WSHi Report accordingly.
● Communicate with Operations Dept and Employee on the Workplace injury.
● Liaise with Insurer on the claims.
● Monitor incoming and outgoing payment related to WICA.
● Clear Back logs and e-file into BF NET system
● Provide Monthly report on Case status.
● Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management/HR Manager.
Requirements:
● Diploma or equivalent in HR discipline or Business-related courses preferred.
● Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
● At least 1 years of relevant experience.
● Good communication skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Email, Words and Excel.
● Able liaise with Chinese speaking candidates.
