Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Oversee workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
Provide strategic direction on HR policies and practices. - Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet future staffing needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
Provide coaching and support to managers on performance issues.
Develop and monitor employee development plans. - Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace environment and culture.
Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Training and Development: Assess training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Promote continuous learning and development within the organization. - Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive salary structures.
Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with regulations. - HR Administration: Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Oversee HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Manage HR budgets and resources effectively. - Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
Conduct regular audits of HR practices and processes. - HR Projects and Initiatives: Lead and participate in HR projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness.
Support change management initiatives and promote organizational development.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
