- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and staff wellness.
- Develop and implement manpower planning and resourcing strategies to attract and hire quality candidates.
- Manage sponsorship and scholarship programs for relavent stakeholders.
- Handle budget planning, tracking, manpower billing, verifications, and payments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for management review.
- Provide expert HR advice and proactive solutions to Leads and line managers.
- Offer daily performance management guidance to Leads and line managers, ensuring a professional annual Total Performance Management Exercise.
- Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders to review and improve HR policies, programs, and processes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Degree in Human Resources or Business related field
- At least 5 years of relevant HR working experience. Experience in healthcare will be an added advantage
