We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in Singapore. You will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent for our organization, of all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize multiple sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates, including but not limited to social media, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening process.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.
Requirements:
- Prior recruitment experience preferred but not mandatory, either in-house or agency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
