Job Summary:
- Basic salary + Bonus
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
- Location: Jurong East (less than 10 minutes walking distance from MRT)
- Training provided on HR-related knowledge
Job Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent for our clients through various channels (eg. Job portals, social media, professional networks).
- Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and face-to-face interviews to shortlist candidates.
- You will manage the full recruiting cycle from identifying potential candidates to facilitating successful placements.
- Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experiences and cultural fit.
Additional requirements:
- Strong passion for recruitment and sales driven.
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
