Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, reviewing and liaison with candidates, government bodies and internally pertaining to onboarding documents.
- Manage exit interviews reschedules (if any) for resignees (specialist level) to meet with VMB/ACMB.
- Support leadership search and Renewals exercise.
- Arranging interview meetings, prepare appointment and renewal letters for Exec’s review and updating details into HRIS.
Critical Skills/Knowledge:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Minimum GCE A Levels / Diploma from any discipline.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel and related software
