Salary range: Senior up to $4,800, Junior up to $3,300
The Job
As part of the HR Business Partnering team, reporting to the Vice President, HR Business Partnering, you will support the daily HR operations and the end-to-end employee life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Support and facilitate end-to-end employee life cycle processes.
- Deliver HR services effectively and efficiently and resolve any HR issues within the business unit.
- Work closely with HR Shared Services to handle HR transactions.
- Assist in implementing HR strategy and executing supporting programs.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource related discipline.
- Passion for learning different areas of Human Resources function.
- Internship with MNC organization and involved in Talent Acquisition will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in SAP, Workday & Ariba will be an advantage.
- Good team play with excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, capable of working with people across all levels of a large, complex, fast-moving organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
