- Work closely with the department managers on human resource matters such as manpower planning and resourcing, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance and management and human resource operations
- Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process
- Develop and implement manpower planning and resourcing strategies
- Identify talents for development and retention
- Manage the manpower reporting analysis
Job Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant HR experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to connect with people of all levels
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint will be added advantage
