About the job
Leading a HR team of 6 and reporting in to the COO, this role will:
- Manage end-to-end HR activities including business partnering, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, HR operations, training and development, performance management and employer branding
- Drive talent acquisition efforts and build a steady talent pipeline for the region
- Identify training needs and support the learning & development requirements
- Develop and implement HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
- Review and improve existing compensation and benefits policies
- Support other HR initiatives
Skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ of HR Generalist experience, with experience leading a team
- Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
- Independent and self-motivated
- Collaborative and a team player
