Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Consult with clients on recruitment strategies and provide market insights.
- Develop a deep understanding of client industries, cultures, and organizational structures.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit with client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, managing scheduling and logistics.
- Gather feedback from clients and candidates post-interview and provide actionable insights.
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- With the passion & affinity to achieve target / KPI
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities
- Able to work effectively in a fast paced and results-oriented environment
- A self-starter, goal driven person willing to put in the required effort to advance
- Candidates who are CEI certified would be of advantage
