Position Overview: Are you a graduate with a passion for people and a drive to succeed? As a Specialist Recruiter at SearchAsia, you will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent with our clients. This role is perfect for someone who is ambitious, personable, and eager to make an impact in the recruitment industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for our clients' roles.
  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Job Matching: Match candidates to suitable roles based on their experience, skills, and career aspirations.
  • Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the offer process between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and successful hiring outcome.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.
