Role Summary:
- Play a key role in providing the HR expertise and advise for the entire spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation, training & development supporting the organization in achieving its business goals and complying to corporate /regional guidelines.
- Advise and support leadership team in creating an engaging and motivating work culture – A Great Place to Work.
- Lead or participate in the various HR projects in the region.
- Consistent review and development of the HR SOPs for maximum effectiveness and productivity.
Responsibilities:

- Provide analytics and metrics of HR Data for business decision making.
• Recruitment
- Develop and implement talent strategies in alignment with business directions.
- Work closely with hiring managers on the recruitment needs to have positions filled timely.
• Talent & Building Pipeline
- Support the development of talent in collaboration with business and Training, Education and Development.
- Build pipeline of talents for all levels within the organization.
• Employee Engagement & Retention
- Strengthen employee engagement with engagement sessions, initiatives that promote closer interactions and team cohesion etc.
- Facilitate and support leaders in building strong and engaging teams.
• Training, Education and Development
- Encourage a self – learning culture by ensuring employees are aware and tap on the myriad of online resources such as Udemy, LinkedIn.
- Manage required mandatory learnings and CEUs.
• Compensation & Benefits
- Ensure that company is in compliance with the labour regulations.
- Keep abreast of the market and consistent reviews to stay competitive.
- Manage the mid-year/annual performance review process.
• Employee Industrial Relations
- Responsible for Employee Relations’ activities including handling matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling, staff misconduct; advising and guiding management on the best practices.
- Establish good relationships with relevant industry players eg HR practitioners/consultants and related government agencies.
Academic Qualifications
· Tertiary Education
Experiences/Knowledge
· 5 years’ of regional Human Resources experience at the managerial level in an MNC
· Familiar with labour laws and regulations.
· Strong competencies in Microsoft Office Skills including Excel and Word.
