Job Description:
- Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Create and implement performance review templates and guidelines to ensure consistent and equitable evaluations.
- Manage high-volume cross-border hiring processes to support the company’s rapid growth and expansion.
- Ensure adherence to regional hiring regulations and practices.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines, with a particular focus on graduate hiring.
- Develop strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Cultivate a productive and collaborative remote working environment.
- Provide support and resources to remote team members to ensure their success and engagement.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
- At least 8 years of experience in a senior HR generalist role.
- Proven experience in creating performance review templates and guidelines.
- Extensive experience in high-volume cross-border hiring.
- Demonstrated success in building strong candidate pipelines, particularly in graduate hiring.
- Comfortable working in and managing remote teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and tools.
