We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented HR professional to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR strategies that support departmental objectives.
- Source and attract top-tier talent using diverse recruitment channels; oversee their seamless onboarding.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from drafting offer letters and handling offboarding.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in full-cycle payroll processing, including monthly CPF submissions.
- Maintain compliance with local labour laws, overseeing work pass applications and renewals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance to employees on company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations matters and addressing grievances
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee retention and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
- Support annual performance appraisals and contribute to various HR projects.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in comprehensive HR functions.
- In-depth understanding of Singapore Employment Law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, capable of both independent work and teamwork.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using computer systems.
- Prior experience with Easy Pay Enterprise software would be advantageous.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of HR Executive.
