The BioPharma Account Manager is responsible for ​driving overall customer success aligned to the Cytiva strategy and goals leveraging all of the Cytiva account team. Owns the overall customer relationship across the account. Qualification, Skills and Experience

Purpose and Scope

Reporting to the Workplace Safety & Health Manager to ensure compliance with all HSSE laws and regulations and other HSSE requirements applicable to Sembcorp’s activities, products and services.

Multiple work sites in Jurong Island and Singapore.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide strong support to implement & maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and MOM SMS (SS 506 Part 3), MHI Safety Case Regime; and other applicable Q-HSSE Standards and Best Practices.
• Provide day-to-day support to Operation & Maintenance (O&M) teams on Hazards & risks control issues and assessing process hazards and risks.
• Manage the sustainability and/or support implementation of the following Process Safety elements for:
• Process Hazard Analysis (PHA).
• Management of Change (MOC).
• Pre-Start-up Safety Review (PSSR).
• Process Safety Performance Measurement and Analysis.
• Compliance with relevant MOM Process Safety requirements.
• Interface with various departments and related stakeholders to support key HSSE Programs (e.g. HSSE O&M Cross Inspection, 5S, GHSSE & MPM Monthly Reporting, PPE Inspection, etc.).
• Interface with other departments to jointly deliver technical/education training & audits programs to the field to improve competencies and ensure compliances.
• Liaise with authorities on Licenses, Permits, and Written Permissions applications & renewals processes, and also on emission reporting and emission exceedance management.
• Contribute as part of cross-functional teams in the investigation and analysis of incidents / accidents in any company owned premises / asset; to identify root causes of problems and recommend and follow-up on corrective & preventive actions/solutions.
• Conduct training for staff & contractors on HSSE matters & emergency response drills as well as implement promotional Programmes / activities where required to raise awareness / understanding of Staff & Contractors on new or changes in HSSE-related systems / procedures.
• Conduct regular site HSSE inspections.
• Conduct Monthly HSSE Committee Meeting.
• Assist in the Annual Respirator Fit-Test.
• Assist in Workplace Safety and Health (Medical Examinations) Regulations Exposure to Noise (Audiometric Test).
• Conduct and Review Method Statement and Risk assessments.
• Assist in Conduct noise monitoring in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act (Chapter 354a), WSH (Noise) Regulations 2011 & Personal Dosimetry monitoring based on person in similar exposure group (SEG).
• Assist in Conduct boundary noise monitoring in accordance with Environmental Protection & Management (Boundary Noise Limits for Factory Premises) Regulations , Environmental Protection and Management Act (in compliance to NEA requirements).
• Assist in Industrial Hygiene monitoring based on WSHA (General Provisions) Regulations : Permissible Exposure Limits of Toxic Substances ( Personal and Static test).
• Assist in Indoor Air Quality Assessment (Instantaneous measurement in accordance to SS554:2009).

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Related industry experience with an Engineering degree or diploma, preferably in Chemical/ Environmental / Process or Risk engineering.
• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM.
• Registered Fire Safety Manager with Singapore Civil Defence Force.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in the relevant process industries.
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 internal auditor trained.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore HSSE related regulatory requirements preferred.
• Meeting standard industrial practices, Codes/Standards, and Insurance Guidelines
• Experience in process safety and manufacturing is desired.
• Able to communicate at all levels and firm in decision.
• Able to work under pressure & tight deadlines.
• Able to self-motivate and encourage cohesive work team.

I) Job Responsibilities

• Executing risk based financial, operational and compliance audit which includes developing internal audit scope, audit planning and performing internal audit procedures.
• Identifying and communicate to stakeholders on business inefficiencies, internal control weaknesses or operational issues observed during audits and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Preparing internal audit reports (in dual language English and Chinese if necessary) highlighting control gaps and non-compliance with the Group’s policies and procedures and conduct exit meetings with management.
• Assisting in developing of annual risk-based audit plan and periodic reporting to the Audit Committee.
• Performing audit of designated entities as a lead auditor and will be in charge of relevant audit with preparing and compiling results of audit.
• Supervising audit team and monitoring of staff performance and feedback, as well as identify appropriate training.
• Performing follow-up reviews on previous internal audit issues to ensure actions are taken to address identified internal audit issues.
• Assisting management with ad-hoc projects (including field work and data analysis when necessary) that does not impede the independence of the internal audit function.
• Manage the whistle blowing process as the Whistle blower Investigation Officer which includes the investigation process and reporting.

II) Job specifications / minimum qualifications

• A good Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Professional certifications (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CIA) is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in internal, external audit and/or business process reviews.
• Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is essential.
• Independent, resourceful, good inter-personal skill and a team player.
• Proficient in oral and written English and Chinese is a must in a view of the need to liaise with the Group’s business entities in China and other countries.
• Travelling required for this role (40% - 50%).

Job Description

• Consolidate financial data including from the Company, subsidiaries, and joint venture entities.
• Preparation, review and analysis of consolidated financial statements including required disclosure notes for financial instruments and transactions and M&A deals
• Coordinate with auditors and provide the required support during the audit/review process of financial statements including assisting with queries arising from audits by external audit firms.
• Provide Joint Venture, M&A integration support from a financial statement perspective.
• Record, and report the results of operations for both internal and external financial reporting purposes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Master’s Degree is desirable.
• Professional Certificate: CPA (USA ONLY) or ACCA or Chartered Accountant trained from Big 4
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience which may include financial statement consolidation, financial analysis, financial statement preparation, accounting research, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, Accounting for Foreign Exchange Hedges, and accounting for Loans.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting policies and procedures established pursuant to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Experience/knowledge in IFRS 10 “Consolidated Financial Statements”, IFRS 11 “Joint Arrangements”, and, IAS 28

ROLE

1. The primary responsibility for the role is to initiate contact with potential and existing customers to generate and qualify sales leads, promote the company’s entire suite of services and “products / supply chain solutions“ and identify sales opportunities.
