Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day operations of the section and ensure the KPIs/ regulatory requirements are met
• Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of bills, adjustments, refunds etc to customers
• Responsible for meeting the section’s KPI, eg the monthly closing of billing cycle, timely and accurate adjustments and refunds.
• Lead, supervise and provide guidance to staffs
• Responsible in following up assignments and make strategic decisions
• Review and streamline work processes for better efficiency and improve productivity
• Manage complaints (Internal and external), liaise with relevant stakeholders, conduct root cause analysis and work on process improvement
• Liaise with ITD or/and any other external vendors on system changes and feasibility studies
• Liaise with Principals, vendors and stakeholders on operational matters
• Plan, test, monitor and implement UATs for system change/ projects/ initiatives
• Undertake ad hoc projects assigned from time to time

Period:

• 1 year contract

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

Requirements:

• Degree in a business /technical discipline with at least 2 years of working experience in an IT project environment, preferably with SAP experience
• Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills
• Possess good communication, interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage, lead, inspire and motivate teams.
• Possess initiative and drive with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Ability to understand and interpret business requirements and work with IT department on automations.

Teacher Aide (1)

• 32.5 hours per week based on a 5 -day work week (excluding a 30 minutes break per day)

Teacher Aide (2)

Recess Duty

• Daily supervision duty at Canteen during recess time (6 recesses a day) and lunch time (up to 2 lunches 3 times a week)

Teacher Relief Support

• Relief duty in looking after pupils in classes/CCAs that have no teachers in attendance during/after school as assigned by Year Heads.

After-School Dismissal Duty

• Daily supervision duty at the main gate during dismissal time.

Exam Matters and Teaching Materials

• Prepare teaching resources for teachers and department heads.
• Scan Optical Answer Sheets for P3 to P6 exams.
• Check, count and sort report books according to class register numbers after exams.

Other Duties

• Updates P1 to P6 class allocation at the end of the year.
• Print and check mass class allocation input.
• Assist in pre-event duties for Prelims and PSLE duties such as putting up labels and seating plans in all classrooms.
• Support in Prelims and PSLE duties as liaison officers on all days of examinations (Oral, Listening, Written)
• Assist in pre-event administrative duties for P1 Orientation.
• Collate and place food orders for all exam standardisation exercises during school examination periods (WA1, WA2, Prelims, SA2).
• Assist in packing goodies bags for events like National Day, Teachers’ Day, Children Day events and counting of pamphlets.
