Main Duties

• To handle daily varied demands and queries from parents / students / vendors / staff etc
• To call pupils absentees and to check with parents on their child’s status every morning.
• To call pupils to convey messages during ad-hoc / special events.
• To render first level assistance to walk-in pupils’ needs including sick & injured pupils.
• To escalate case to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases.
