Job Summary

Purpose of job:

• Execution of support for casework under guidance of social worker for home visits to work with clients and caregivers after diagnosis of dementia.
• Support basic intervention tasks identified by social workers.
• Engagement of clients with dementia with meaningful activities such as cognitive stimulation or structured activities.
• Monitoring of client’s conditions and progress.
• Provide service linkage for client and caregivers.
• Provide admin, operational and logistic support for clients, programme, outreach and group work.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Passion to work with individuals/elderly diagnosed with early stage dementia and their caregivers.
• Basic befriending and emotional support for elderly.
• Carry out meaningful activities in engagement process.
• Support seniors and caregivers during service duration.
• Perform basic screening tools in health and mental health for seniors and caregivers.
• Support outreach, service linkage and referrals.
• Ensure proper documentation of case notes, assessment, records.

Requirements

Experience:

• Some experience in working with elderly clients and caregivers in the community setting
• Relevant working experience in healthcare or social service sector.
• Able to co-facilitate group work

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a high level of customer service and assist in members' and guests’ inquiries
• Collect ball fees, Toptracer Range fees, and ball card top-up fees
• Assist with bay reservations for members and the public (phone, email, in-person)
• Supervises and directs junior level CSA in the golf shop as well as field attendants
• Assist to manage the receiving and processing of new inventory in the shop
• Assist to stage and prepare club activities and leagues being organized at the driving range
• Liaise with other departments such as housekeeping, and engineering to report facility issues for a timely resolution.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Post-secondary education is an asset but not required
• Strong customer service skills in person and over the phone
• Proficient in basic computer software (MS Office and similar)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all incoming calls are answered and directed to respective employees promptly and politely.
• Welcome all company’s visitors and assist them in locating the employees that they want to meet.
• Courier services are properly coordinated.
• Distribution of incoming faxes and mail. Ensure faxes and mails are being distributed according to the distribution list.
• Recording and maintenance of records for incoming and outgoing mails.
• Responsible for office pantry, stationery ordering and maintenance, maintenance of general cleanliness of the office premises, surveying state of office equipment and furniture and liaising with repairmen etc
• Liaising with IT personnel on office computers and server maintenance
• Arranging for office events such as birthday parties, fun runs, charity events etc
• Complete all assignments as assigned by the General Manager.
• Complete other duties assigned by the Senior Administrator.

Requirements:

• At least "N" / "O" Level or Certificate in Business Administration
• At least 1 year of related working experience
• Possess good communication and administrative skills.
• Able to work independently & efficiently.
• Computer literate with knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Preferably able to commence immediately.
