• Customer Success Manager/Executive must be well versed with company’s products
• You may be called upon to provide technical support to customers or to provide training on their products
• You may even require to help customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize their software or products based on the customer’s business needs or business plans
• The Customer Success Manager/Executive will focus on educating our customers on the flexibility and capabilities of their software or products so customers are encouraged to continue using our services
• Regular communication with customers on our products new features
• Make our customers successful! Promote the Company’s services (enhancements / updates / new initiatives / maintenance) through the relationships you have nurtured

• Preparation for ship position updates.
• Manage the day-to-day operational activities and liaise with vendors to ensure efficient commercial operations.
• Update clients on ship activities, personnel, and fleet changes.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of working experience in Ship Operations.

Looking for Customer Acquisition Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively pursue lead generation through calling prospective SME businesses.
2. Follow-up closely on qualified leads, managing the entire sales cycle, preparing proposals and presentations for qualified clients.
3. Building rapport and maintaining good relationship with clients.
4. Identify and map business strength and customers needs.
5. Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures.
6. Understanding company's business models and have good product knowledge.

Skills:

1. Building strong customer relationship by handling customer expectation in order to achieve high customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and improve operations costs.
3. Gain knowledge and exposure from conducting market researches, reports and understand consumers' needs from the process.
4. Work closely with business partners and clients to widen company's profile and market base.
5. Ability to keep track and draw out sales reports to assist in pipeline planning of the company.
6. Good product knowledge and softskills.
