Role and Responsibilities   

The selected candidate(s) will be a key member of a small team working at the company’s flagship operation in Singapore, carrying out various business development and customer relationship related initiatives across the organization. The position will be working closely with the CEO and the Executive Director and will interface with key staff across the organization, as well as customers and other stakeholders. The company is committed to growing and developing talent which will access increasing levels of responsibility as the company grows into an international brand. 
 

• Serving on the front lines of the customer experience, serving as an “Official Host” of a few football games each week

Answer, record, log, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns. Operate telephone switchboard station. Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, do not disturb, call forwarding, conference calls, TDD relay calls, and non-registered guest calls. Advise guest of any messages received. • Manage and steer suppliers (e.g. instructors, fleet management, facility management, simulator experience) according to clearly defined processes and up to the highest standards to guarantee a smooth operation of the upcoming Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) in Singapore
• Develop and implement detailed operations guidelines including all relevant processes for the daily operations
• Take initiative to improve operational processes and plans consistently, and measure the success of the various experience formats for continuous optimisation in regard to quality, efficiency and financial KPIs
• Manage the PEC car pool and work closely with the enclosed Service department (workshop) to ensure a safe and efficient usage of each car

This role will give you the opportunity to:

• Own and nurture operational relationships with partners and unblock the growth opportunities. This means being partners’ point of operational contact (escalations, operational friction patterns), managing stakeholders and conducting business review meetings, providing solutions to partners looking to improve the operational state and supporting them through the execution. The Customer Service Team Lead (or Manager) is responsible for overseeing the order management process and ensuring exemplary customer service delivery. Responsibilities

We are growing our Enterprise CS team and looking to add an exceptional Enterprise Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will work with our Enterprise customers and ensure their success via the rapid adoption of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will play an integral role in our business as a trusted customer advisor and serve as the customer advocate liaison between customers and internal teams, including Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing, among others.

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent education

Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, with account ARR ranging from ~$200k to multi-million ARR across the Forbes Global 2000 companies
• Prior experience in driving NRR growth within the customer base
