Role purpose

As a Senior Specialist – Costumer Success, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships within assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, facilitating the delivery of customers desired business outcomes, leading to strong renewals, retention and growth opportunities.
