Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our USV team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative requirements, including generating quotations, managing ES accounts, raising purchase orders, performing goods acceptance, and generating ROP. · Handle administrative duties

· Plan for manpower and logistics

· Oversee teacher duty roster and guide teachers in classroom management

· Attend to walk in enquiries and phone calls

· Manage a class of 20-25 primary school students

· Coach and guide primary school students on school homework, spellings and assessment worksheets

· Marking of assessment worksheets

· Prepare and conduct learning activities and lessons in creative and engaging formats
