Description

Represent Apple to support developers by enabling them to develop their life best’s work on the App Store and navigate App Store policies compliantly. You will interact with developers in the Asia Pacific region on the phone and in writing, but depending on your language skills, you may be focused on a certain market. Responsibilities include:

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Language proficiency in English to work effectively with App Review colleagues and peers, and one of the listed languages to support developers in-market: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or other languages of the Asia Pacific region.
