Core Function:

The Centre Manager is responsible for managing the operations of the Day Activity Centre (DAC) and provides leadership in strategic and operational planning that includes the implementation of programmes and services for the clients, facilities management of the premises; as well as assigned centralized projects.

The Centre Manager will also drive the enhancement of existing procedures, standards and risk management frameworks to ensure a safe and supportive working environment for staff and clients. He/She will work in partnership with his peers and supervisor to identify, develop and pilot new programmes and services for clients.

Core Responsibilities:

A) Day Activity Centre (DAC) Management

1. Leads end-to-end operations of the Day Activity Centre (DAC).

3. Identifies new needs of clients and caregivers and works with the Programme and Community Partnerships Manager to design appropriate programmes to address emerging requirements.

· Lead and manage overall data center facility solution from pre-sales to post-sales stages including direct interface with customer to obtain the user requirement, due diligence activities, develop the fit-for-purpose solution, and deliver the data center services for data center business opportunities in APAC with an objective of ensuring an appropriate technical information and designed solution can met the customer’s requirement and support business growth.

· Work with sales team for the technical requirement, engage with clients to assess technical requirements, costing, create feasibility studies or work out TCO (Total cost of ownership) calculations on product or system level during project tender stage

· As the key technical expert person to consult with for pre-sales technical requirement, provide presentations and site tours, and liaising with support / proposal team at HQ

· Liaise between Sales team and design team for its technical capabilities

· After receiving complete proposal information, to work with engineering & solution designer to develop proposal, follow up with the sales team for the outcome, conduct pre-sales site surveys to gather relevant information

· Detailed Design

(Arrangement of shop drawing with drafter, Authority submission arrangement with QP, Input for T&C requirement (prepare test script and ensure that the methodology is in line internally)

· Review of construction material / shop drawing / MoS, Shop drawing coordination for large or complex project, Periodical inspection (internal check for quality improvement)

Incident Management

• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvement solution for recurrent incident to Client
• Ensure propersign-off/endorsement by client for incident resolution/closure and associated archival/repository

IT Security Management

• Schedule security scan for identified systems according to policies, and verify all vulnerability rectifications are satisfactorily performed.
• Conduct Security Review on System Access and administration patterns weekly, and report unusual or suspicious activities, if any, to SMO Head Office.
• Track, mitigate and deploy patch security vulnerabilities accordingly to the stipulated timeline. Maintain oversight and submit reports on monthly basis.

IT Security Compliance & QA Management

• During audit exercise, work with stakeholders to provide responses and evidences to auditors or compliance related declarations.
• Provide a Rectification Plan on any gaps found.
• Provide rectification plan for issues arising from audit.
