Job Summary

To be responsible as the Care Manager to assess, facilitate and advocate for the clients’ interest, to meet operational targets of the Foundation and the funding authorities.

• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects
• Represent the Foundation in presentation to external parties such as students on clinical attachments
• Participate and lead where appropriate, in activities or outreach projects - internal or joint, that promote the Foundation’s cause and mission

Key Requirements

• Singapore Nursing Board registered Nurse with minimum 3 years working experience
• Professional certification / specialist diploma / advance diploma on gerontological nursing is preferred
• Courses on care management is preferred

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of technicians and engineers who are responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining the communication system.
• Ensure that the team is properly trained and equipped to deliver the service to customers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This involves understanding their needs and expectations and ensuring that the system in meeting those needs.
• Ensuring that the service delivery & service level meets the quality standards set by the customers. This involves monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Managing the service delivery budgets, including resource allocation, cost management, and revenue forecasting.
• Managing service delivery contracts with customers. This includes negotiating terms, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and managing customer expectations.
• Identifying and managing risks associated with service delivery. This involves developing risk management plans and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of risks on service delivery.
• Ensuring that the communication system is properly maintained on a regular basis. This includes conducting routine checks, inspections, and preventive maintenance to ensure that the system is operating at peak performance.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults in the communication system. This includes troubleshooting, testing, and repairing any equipment or software malfunctions that may occur.
• Managing spare parts and equipment required for the communication system.
• This involves maintaining an inventory of spare parts, ensuring that the required parts are available when needed, and ordering new parts as required.
• Monitoring the performance of the communication system. This includes conducting regular tests and measurements to ensure that the system is operating within specified parameters and identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Technical/Engineering Diploma
• Hands-on work experience in Electronics Security System, PA/EVC Communications and Network etc.

Job Scope:

• Review client’s business processes and policies, as well as engage internal and external users to define business requirements for process improvement and product development.
• Work closely with different product and ICT teams to develop various systems and support the onboarding of users.
• Involved in conducting business analytics to support CSC’s operational objectives.

• Design and implement policy and process improvements; and surface opportunities for product development and enhancement to deliver client’s operational outcomes effectively
• Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing policies, processes, systems and data relating to client’s business operations to identify areas for improvement and optimisation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Design and/or Process Improvement Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a business operations or process improvement capacity
• Good understanding of user-centric principles and/or service design
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to propose innovative solutions
• Adept communicator (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders across all levels
