Job Description

• Guide and mentor teachers to raise the standard and performance in the centre
• Build a team with positive morale and highly competitive educators
• Good leadership skills in leading a team to meet company objectives
• Well verse in local regulatory agencies requirement, licensing, health and safety regulations etc
• Work closely with relevant agencies or partner to fulfill requirement
• Prepare and control expenditures
• Maintain a healthy enrolment rates
• Maintaining good relations with parents, business partner, government bodies etc
• Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources
• Prepare monthly reports and other relevant documents required by the management

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Degree in any discipline, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL)
• At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a childcare setting including infant care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership qualities with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives
• Strong knowledge in curriculum and pedagogy

The Job

• Greeting customers at the front desk and providing exceptional service, including offering general information, redirecting customers, addressing compliments and complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Serving as the point of contact for sales hotlines and inquiries, efficiently addressing customer queries and providing information.
• Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail when handling customer data.
• Managing and distributing sales leads in accordance with company standards.
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to maintain customer records and interactions.
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of the automotive market and products to effectively assist customers.
• Generating monthly sales lead reports by collecting and analyzing customer information to identify trends and opportunities.
• Reporting to the Marketing Manager and providing support to the marketing team when needed.
• Handling adhoc administrative duties as required to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
• Strong customer service skills, both verbal and listening, to address customer needs and concerns effectively.
• Ability to adapt and respond effectively to various situations and customer demands.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong multitasking abilities, prioritization skills, and effective time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Candidates with prior experience in customer service and/or call center roles will be advantageous.
• 6-days workweek (Mon-Sat: 8.30am to 6.00pm)

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for visitors and managing the front desk area
• Meet and greet parents and students, attend to visitors and external vendors
• Perform general administrative duties and data entries to support the school operations
• Attend to phone calls and provide appropriate information on general enquiries relating to the school, school fees and programs
• Support inventory management, sale and purchase of school resources
• Assist in the management of student information and school information sharing
• Conduct health check for students and assist them to classrooms when they are late
• As and when required, assist with assigned tasks as required

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma with 2 years working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT savvy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Cooperative, positive, resilient and respectful attitude towards all community members
