Overview

THE ROLE

Close interaction and cooperation with the sales team and customers on order processing.

Being the key contact and interface to both internal and external customers, ensuring the satisfaction of having their requirements fulfilled.

Maintain customer profile Master Data and Pricings in SAP.

Monitor shipments, handling and ensuring shipping documents are accurately prepared and received on time by customers.

Ensure timely customer’s payment and delivery terms in accordance to Finance pre-requisites.

3. Volunteer Development

• Establish networks with local community-based services/ resources, such as grassroots, social services, corporate organisations and schools, to engage volunteers to help run or assist in the programmes, start income-generating activities, conduct outreach efforts etc., to match the needs of seniors.
• Recruit, interview and screen potential volunteers.
• Provide and coordinate orientation of volunteers to their assigned role and the mission and objectives of the centre.
