Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage the GM’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation and apply visa.
• Ensure the GM is well-prepared for meetings with all necessary materials and information.
• Coordinate and prioritize meeting requests, ensuring optimal time management.
• Prepare, submit, and track expense reports for the GM.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the team.
• Coordinate the offboarding process, ensuring all necessary steps are completed.
• Assist in the preparation of departmental reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Provide general administrative support to the GM and the Emerging Markets team.
• Handle ad hoc requests and special assignments as needed.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies.
