The Customer Support Specialist is responsible to provide support to the Program Manager to drive existing sales growth and profitability through customer satisfaction and exceptional service delivery for the customer account.

Responsibility:

· Serves as the point of contact for the assigned customer management matters.

· Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationship with customers.

• Provide monthly and quarterly forecast for the assigned accounts.
• Ensure timely Sales Order update and delivery commitment to customers.
• Ensure on time delivery vs shipment schedule.
• Work with internal stakeholder to insure customer satisfaction and account profitability through implementing continual process improvement, measurement/benchmarking, and automation across all lines of service delivery inclusive of order management, inventory management, customer payment dispute and engineering change.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to stakeholders; lead development and delivery of mitigation and contingency plans.
• Authorise to update customer shipment plan upon internal review acceptance.
• Authorise to update customer PO into Oracle Fusion with approved quotation and costing sheet.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS & ABILITY

• >2 years’ experience in program and business management in manufacturing environment.
• Degree/Diploma in Business Management/ Manufacturing or Engineering with Business Knowledge.
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills, good communication skills (verbal and written), proven program management skills
• Requires extensive inter-personal skills, excellent business planning skills, cross-group coordination at all levels, business acumen, and the ability to work on several diverse projects at the same time

• Coordinate port operations (include stevedore, stuffing/unstuffing, forklift, internal railing etc)
• Provide quotations to customers
• Provide billings to customers
• Ensure all port operations related documents details are in order
• Sorting and filing of documents
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• No experience required for this role
• Fresh Graduate are most welcome
• On job training will be provided

Job Description:

• Respond to customer inquiries
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for their acceptance.
• Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling job related documents to ensure that customer requirements are met.
• Prepare delivery orders, sales invoices and other relevant documents
• Ensure proper record keeping for all job orders.
• Co-ordinate the ordering of materials between different departments
• Co-ordinate the job arrangement with operation department
• Communicate all necessary job requirements clearly and efficiently to other stakeholders to ensure that customers’ requirements/instructions are addressed.
• Build and maintain long term business relationship with customers

Requirements:

• Minimally 2 years of working experience
• Prior customer service or sales coordinator experience will be an advantage
• Experience in logistics industry will be an advantage
• Friendly and welcoming disposition
• Has initiative, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
• Good command of written and verbal English
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess and identify occupational therapy and functional needs of children based on sound knowledge of evidence-based practice and treatment options
• Deliver therapy services either by direct therapy, consultation with teachers and parents, collaboration with teachers and parents, or by monitoring of child's progress
• Work in collaboration with teaching/non-teaching staff and caregivers for the effective enhancement of services.
• Work closely with intervention team in areas of assessment, goal development, intervention strategies and progress monitoring in a trans-disciplinary setting
• Work closely with intervention team to develop each child's Individual Education Plan (IEP)
• Maintain documentation on child's progress
• Conduct in-service and parent workshop talks

Requirements

• Bachelors' Degree or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Health under the Allied Health Professions Act
• Have obtained Full Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
• Preferably with 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in working with preschool and primary school aged children
• Has a passion to work with children with a range of psychological and emotional needs
• Possess excellent inter-personal qualities and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced work environment
• Available to match a monthly timeslot for at least 1 class timing below

Class Timings:

Class 1: Tue & Thu, 9.30am to 12.30pm

Class 2: Tue & Thu, 3pm to 6pm

Class 3: Wed & Fri, 9.30am to 12.30pm

Class 4: Wed & Fri, 3pm to 6pm

The hourly rate will range from $120 - $160 per hour.

We will be looking at a monthly block of 8-10 hours for all our classes.

Work location : Woodlands (near Woodlands MRT station)
